Career Shift Program

Welcome to the application for the Tech Career Bridge Career Shift Program. This program is designed to support individuals like you through career transitions, providing the necessary tools and resources to explore new career opportunities, bridge skill gaps, and connect with local job opportunities.

• Career Exploration: Discover new career paths that align with your skills and competencies.
• Training: Access personalized learning resources through our partnership with LinkedIn Learning to help you upskill and stay competitive.
• Skill Gap Assessment: Understand your current skills and identify areas for growth with our comprehensive assessments.
• Local Job Connections: Enhance your chances of employment by identifying  available jobs within your community that match your skillset.

We are looking for participants who are eager to learn and grow and are committed to their community. This program is fully funded through Tech Career Bridge, and participants will not incur any costs. Instead, accepted participants will be considered scholarship recipients.

Program Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: Monday, Oct. 7th, 2024
• Eligibility: Regina or area resident.
