• Skill Gap Assessment: Understand your current skills and identify areas for growth with our comprehensive assessments.
• Local Job Connections: Enhance your chances of employment by connecting with available jobs within your community.

We are looking for participants who are eager to learn and grow, committed to their community, and anticipating job instability due to the coal transition. This program is fully funded through SSEP, and participants will not incur any costs. Instead, accepted participants will be considered scholarship recipients.

Program Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: When individual is accepted to the program. 
• Eligibility: Residents of the SSEP region (RM of Coalfields, RM of Estevan, and the Town of Bienfait) who are motivated for career change and growth, and are committed to staying in the community.

Application Deadline: Ongoing intake until Oct 31, 2024
